Dr. He graduated from Guizhou Engineering University in 1982 with a B.A.Sc., in Engineering geology and from China University of Geosciences, Beijing in 1992 with a Ph.D in Mining and Exploration. He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Currently He is working with C2 Mining International Corp and PVMA (HK) as a Senior Mining Consultant. Dr. He has worked in geology and mining for a total of 28 years, 12 years in China and 16 years in Canada. In the last 15 years Dr. He has spent most of his career in Canada with mining companies and consultant firms, Throughout the past fifteen years of working as a mining engineer with mining companies and consulting companies, Dr. He has acquired skills to carry out all aspects of mining operations, including mineral resource and reserve estimation,mine design, short-term & long-term planning, mine evaluation, mining cost estimation, blasting design and ore control. His Novel method “Triangle reserve-profit-cutoff problem” has been published in “World of Mining” and Joseph Graphics applied to mining operation and project assessment. Dr. He has much experience conducting mining project review and feasibility studies and procured approval documents. He has been involved in project assessment and feasibility studies for at least 15 Canadian and Chinese mining companies. Dr. He is a Qualified Person for preparing the 43-101 technical report.
